The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the cleaning and restoration industry.

Now what exactly does that mean? It means here at SERVPRO of Conway & Faulkner Counties we're held to IICRC's globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries.
